RS /WS: right side /wrong side facing
kfb: k into front of st and then k into back of st creating two sts out of one; k into st, do not take left-hand st off needle then k into back of st then let left hand st drop off needle
k2togtbl: knit 2sts together to back of loop, to make one st (right leaning decrease)
psso: pass slipped st over the st just worked (left leaning decrease)
m1: Lift yarn lying between st just worked and next st and place it on left-hand needle, then k into back of this loop.
tbl: to back of loop (k or p into the back of st)
sl1-pw:  slip a st without working from left to right needle purl-wise (with yarn to front of work)
yo: yarn over, starting at front of work pass yarn over needle to back. When you reach a yo on next row, k as directed.  This should create a hole.
